TMJ Replacement
TMJ replacement is a surgical procedure performed to replace a damaged or severely diseased temporomandibular joint (TMJ) with an artificial joint. The TMJ connects the lower jaw to the skull and is essential for movements such as chewing, speaking, and opening the mouth.
